Bellin College Radiology Lab

Bellin College has advanced technologies across the board. The state-of-the-art labs are located in the lower level of the campus and consist of: Two skills labs, two health assessment labs, two radiology labs, simulation area, and practice lab. The students have benefited greatly from the advancements of the labs. When they graduate and face the real health care workforce, they will be more than ready to take on what comes their way.

Radiologic Sciences Lab

The Bachelor of Science in Radiologic Sciences (BSRS) program include an energized x-ray lab with digital imaging technology. The College has invested greatly in these technologies to offer state-of-the-art learning experiences including computed radiography. These facilities are comparable to what one would find in a hospital or large clinic. There is no film anymore in the x-ray profession as nearly all images are produced electronically using computers and digital technology. Additionally, a full-body, tissue-equivalent x-ray phantom is used by students for lab exercises and patient positioning classes. Students have the ability to produce hospital quality images at Bellin College using these facilities to enhance learning.
